Activist Judges

I don't know if it's just me, but the right-wingers are throwing out the words "activist judges" so often, it's starting to lose all meaning.

You don't like a ruling...activist judges
Your law you tried to pass goes against the Constitution...activist judges

You might think the term "activist judges" is a new one, but it isn't. Racist morons from the South used it when judges were calling segregation Unconstitutional. Back then the polititions were screaming impeachment, calling for the judge's head...Mmm, sound like anyone else we might know?
